Trip 3 Day 9 -- Brook Lake, Pinnacles Range, Wind River

These photos were all taken within a couple of miles of our cabin.  This is "The Pinnacles" mountain, over Brooks Lake, which is the next driveway down the main road from our cabin.

 Here is the Wind River Range, looking up Brooks Creek.

Here is the Pinnacles again, this time looking down Brooks Creek.

 Horse riding is big in Wyoming.  In fact, the girls today spent the morning riding horses, while the boys rented All-Terrain vehicles (ATV's or "4-wheelers") and went joy riding in the national forest.

 Below is a deer we saw up at Brooks Lake.

 This is the view from the woods up behind our cabin, looking across the Wind River Valley.

 Here is an exterior shot of the cabin. Tonight, although the cabin has a gourmet kitchen, we had a bonfire out back, and enjoyed tin-foil dinners, with marshmallows after dark.
