Guess Where I Was Today Part II

I finished with the ARRL National Convention about noon, and headed south on I-75, to I-71. to where I-71 joins with I-64 and I-65. I found this water tower near where those three interstates all join. It's a big water tower, making Chicago's look puny. This water tower (standpipe, actually) is on the National Register of Historic Places. Where am I? Here's a real propeller off a river tug. The average Ohio River tug has four of these babies. What city skyline is this? (Hint: it's only about 15 miles north of Fort Knox). This tank is in a tiny town across the Ohio River from the above city. This tiny town's name makes it sound like it a new version of the capital of New York state. Where am I?

Easy one. Skyline is of Louisville, KY. WHICH has only two correct pronunciations, by the way, with one being more correct. It is pronounced as Lou-a-vul. Strong accent on the "Lou". End of discussion.
There are some locals that simply call it LullVull. I think they sound like they have a mouth full of rocks.
So...unless you want the "TOURIST ALERT" light to shine upon your head while visiting this fine town, practice with me....LOU A VUL.
There...you almost sound like an Ohio River Rat. Wait. Did you say O-HI-O? Not good. That is another pronunciation lesson to come.
And...are you speaking about the thriving metropolis of New Albany, Ohio? Because last time I was there, New Albany was smack near the middle of the state. What am I missing?
(sorry...I kind of wrote a book.)
