We had a wonderful time at church this morning seeing our old friends again.
On our Sunday afternoon stroll, we ambled over to Het Steen. For some reason, the statue of Wapper, the practical jokester, is presently encased in a box which resembles one of the many pissoirs you find all over Europe. Dubby couldn't resist having a look to see what he was doing in there...
Below: Dubby in front of the statue of Brabo. And yes, Brabo is in the buff and is anatomically correct.... as are practically all statues in Europe.
The weather was perfect, so we had a very enjoyable stroll along the wharf. Click on the photo below to get the larger version, and look very closely at the quay where the ropes are tied. See me?
